Canada Day Celebrations at Rockway Vineyards!

Canada’s birthday is coming up, and this year it’s a special one. Rockway Vineyards will be bringing in Canada’s 150th birthday with style, and we plan on celebrating all weekend long! From July 1st-3rd, join us for three days of Canadian food pairings, live music, and a very special guest.

Get the family golfing

All weekend long we want to see you and the whole family out on the green! After 3 pm from Saturday to Monday kids can golf for free when accompanied by a paying adult. Enjoy some family time, fresh air, and fun together.

If the little ones need to brush up on their skills before teeing off, we’ve got the answer. On Saturday from 2 -3 pm we’ll have some Canadian golf pros on the course to help out! Our kids golf clinic will have them playing like pros in no time.

All Canada, all weekend

Saturday, Sunday and Monday you can enjoy Canadian wine and food pairings in The Wine Shop from 11am until 7pm. We’ll be featuring Niagara’s best wines paired with classic Canadian cuisine. We’ll also be featuring a Canadian themed menu all weekend long, so don’t miss out on a single signature Canadian dish.

As you enjoy your our menu on our beautiful patio overlooking the course, you’ll be able to take in live entertainment from 5pm-7pm. Rockway Vineyards is excited to have Stacey & Mark joining us for our celebration to offer live music while you enjoy our signature Canadian food.

Our special guest Fergie Jenkins

We are also excited to have Canadian Hall of Fame pitcher Fergie Jenkins joining us on Sunday, July 2nd for a meet and greet from 2pm-4pm. Jenkins will also be here to help us celebrate the release of the Fergie Jenkins Riesling! As part of the celebration on Sunday afternoon we’ll be giving away autographed baseballs with the purchase of 2 bottles of the Fergie Jenkins Riesling.

Jenkins is a Canadian sports legend! He played as an MLB pitcher for the Philadelphia Phillies, Chicago Cubs, Texas Rangers, and the Boston Red Sox from 1965-1983. During his time playing for the Chicago Cubs he was the Cubs All-Star for three seasons, and in 1971 he won the Cy Young Award, making him the first Canadian pitcher to ever receive the award. We’re very excited to have him join us to help celebrate Canada’s 150th.

We’ll see you there!

Don’t miss out on what will be a great weekend days of golf, wine and dining! Help us bring in Canada’s 150th birthday right, and join us in three days filled with fun opportunities, specials, and deals.
